During the winter period the “scirocco” wind (in the southern quadrant) can bring daytime temperatures to over 20° and in the summertime to more than 28° at night and over 35° during the day. In the wintertime, the “grecale” (north-east wind) in the eastern quadrant can lower the temperature by 8°.
